Meeting details
This year we will continue to be vigilant concerning Covid-19 and WADRA will be holding the AGM at the Mapledurham Pavilion and simultaneously run a virtual online meeting via Zoom. Please see the instructions and link below for joining the meeting using Zoom. We will open the online meeting 15 minutes before the start time to give members the opportunity to ensure that their systems are working properly. Please note that this meeting is for WADRA members only.
It has become a custom for WADRA to support The Vegan Society in Reading by asking members who attend the AGM in person to bring with them a tin of baked beans. The Vegan society feeds the homeless once a week and is funded by a few individuals.
Mapledurham Pavilion
The Pavilion is now open and we will be holding the meeting there for all who wish to attend. The doors will open at approximately 7pm. We do ask that all attending take Covid precautions: do not attend the meeting if you are feeling unwell, please wear a mask, use the sanitising gel provided, and practice social distancing as much as possible.
