| Strawberry Art Patch, Screen Prints | My love of silkscreen printing can be traced back to an art lesson at school where I learnt how to screen print onto fabric. I studied art up until I started university and several years later, following a career in IT and starting a family, I rediscovered my love for silkscreen printing. I now have my own business selling artwork, drawing inspiration from flowers and vintage objects. Every print is handmade in my studio using a traditional screen print method of ‘hand cut paper stencils’. The paint is then hand pulled through a screen print frame to build up layers of colour onto the image. |

She specialises in Children’s Workshops, After School Art Clubs and bespoke Arts & Crafts Children’s Parties (5-12 Yrs). She is based at the fantastic art santuary Creativ.Spaces in Caversham (visit www.madebytamalia.co.uk for more information). She also works from her art studio, The Art Barn, on Blagrave Lane, approx. 500 metres from Mapledurham Pavilion. At the Christmas Market she will be offering free children’s crafts and selling her popular ‘Christmas Take Away Craft Packs’.    |
